West Indian American Day Carnival


The West Indian American Day Carnival Association holds its kickoff cocktail reception on Aug. 20 at Brooklyn Borough Hall. A pre-parade event at the Brooklyn Museum will be held from Aug. 29 through Sept 1. The carnival parade along Brooklyn’s Eastern Parkway takes place on Sept. 2. visit NYDailynews for more info
